Official Guide是每一个考GMAT的学生必须具备的书籍。里面的每一道题目最好做2遍以上（尤其是错题，一定要好好分析体会）。很多同学告诉我，OG的答案不够清楚。事实上，OG的有些讲解试图绕开一些需要补充的知识，例如什么是溯因推理，分词的用法等等，因此往往显得不够清晰。因此，我想我每天抽出一些时间，写一道OG的题目，帮助大家学习。

B. private, are social phenomena that are inseparable
C. private are a social phenomenon but are not those separable

很多同学在做SC不去看懂句子的意思，这是不行的。

第一步：看懂句子的意思，有时候适当分析句子的结构

这里，“, including those deemed personal or private”是插入语（parenthesis）用来解释emotions:

插入语的结构有2种：

,……,

-……-

即用两个逗号(comma)或两个分号(dash)隔开，A中缺乏一个逗号，另外既然是插入语，分析语法的时候可以跳开，因此同位语从句中的主谓结构是：

Emotions,……,is a social phenomenon不符合主谓一致的要求

因此，快速浏览其余选项，发现C缺逗号，D要把分号改为逗号

剩下的就只有B,E两个选项了

比较他们：

E：those deemed personal also as private emotions缺连词（personal和also as private emotions并列）

另外：phenomena not inseparable和原文意思完全相反 – 改变原文合理意思

因此答案是：B
