Professor Darwin Chen, SBS, Honorary Chief Advisor

● Darwin Chen holds a BA (First Class Honours) from the University of London, Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Hong Kong and Advanced Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.

● He was responsible for the performing arts, public libraries and museums while serving as Director of Cultural Services of the Hong Kong Government. He subsequently served as Commissioner of Labour and Director of Buildings and Lands. He currently serves as President of the UNESCO Hong Kong Association.

● He also serves as Professor of Practice of the Institute of Advanced Management Development of the Hong Kong Management Association, Council member of the Centennial College, Senior Adviser to the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong and Chairman of the Peter F. Drucker Academy.

● Awarded the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences (honoris causa) by the University of Hong Kong, Chen is also an Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Education University of Hong Kong and the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in recognition of his community service.
